3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If the product is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee or reject the refund request.
